FOOD OF BOLIVIA

In Bolivia the main dish is the soup. It usually includes potatos served during most meals. Sometimes rice or nudles are served. Bolivian food is not often spicy but delicious. "Llajwa" is usually made of tomatoes and hot chilies

Eating in Bolivia is an exciting and rich experiance. Food in Bolivia has many different styles in thousand of great restaurants in all major cities and towns. All of them  seem about one chef or another which is good.



                                                            A simple recipe

                                                 Chicken in a spicy sauce

There are many variation of this traditional bolivia dish. I chose this particular one because it is simple.
                                              Ingredients
4  tps red  chilli sauce
1  tps  pepper
1  tp  salt
3/4 tps ground cumin
water
 3 tps vegetable oil
2 onions
1/2 tps ground oregano
3 1/2 chicken pieces
2 smoll carrots 1 tpsbraed crumbes
                                                     Method
In a small bowl combine red chilly pepper , salt and ground cummin with 1/4 cup of water mix and set aside
in a large pot heat oil . Add the onions and fry until golden .Add the red chilly mixture  the oregano the cimmon and 1/2 cup of water. Bring to boil cook until the water boil off .Add an additional 1/2 cup oh water and repeat  .Add the carrots and simmer for 15 minites  and  bread crumbs and adjust the seasoning
